President

David has over 25 years in the building industry with an impressive resume including the following experiences; Land Development, Land Acquisitions, Tested Licensed Builder, Tested Licensed Master Electrical Contractor, Certified Project Management Professional, Certified Estimating Professional and Certified Chief Estimator.

As a former member of the United States Navy Special Forces he has the discipline and character to handle about anything that life and business could throw at him.

His projects range from simple residential dwellings, to multiple thousand acre land acquisitions, land development, and Multi Family community development. While working in Manhattan, NYC as the VP of construction for multiple high rise projects his duties included; involvement on the new Freedom Tower and the World Trade Center Buildings, as well as multiple other NYC buildings. David’s experiences, attention to detail and quality has made him one of the most sought after Electrical Estimator/Project Manager in the business.

David is a larger than life family man who's biggest pride and joy is his family! He is the father to 3 wonderful children and 3 children he took the honor to call his own! The most rewarding and successful accomplishment for David is watching his family grow and be happy!
